Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For the warranty to be valid, you must inspect the product upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a damage report drawn up. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product,
or alteration of the product's original design are outside the scope of the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us through the online support section on our page within 14 days of the delivery
date. Following this information, the defective product, which you will send back to us via the shipping company, will be replaced with a new one. If the product
defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The return and exchange
conditions are based on the practices stipulated in the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 14 days of the date of receipt.
For exchange procedures, you can fill out the "Product Return and Exchange Form" that we sent with your order and send it to us.
You can return the product free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo using the code you will request from us via "Whatsapp".
If the product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval is received.
For deliveries within Istanbul, the estimated arrival time is 1 business day, and for deliveries outside Istanbul, it is between 1 and 3 business days. The cargo company
will deliver your order to the address you specified between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances on our part, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership
information is complete and accurate.
Deliveries are not made on holidays and public holidays.
If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to
the consumer within these dates, the payment made will be refunded.
*After refund payments are reported via Iyzico, the time it takes for your bank to reflect the amount on your card is between 1-10 business days. For purchases made
with debit cards, this period may take up to 20 business days. Since this process is determined by the bank, you need to contact your bank regarding refund transactions.
For orders containing multiple products, depending on differences in the supply process, the products may be sent to your address in separate shipments on different dates.
