Membership Agreement and Terms of Service
1. Parties and Subject of the Agreement:
This membership agreement (“Agreement”) is between Mooe Tekstil Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Bisse”), located at Gürsel Mah Tonoz Sok No:11 Kağıthane / İstanbul,
and the “Member” who has registered their identity (name-surname, Turkish Republic ID number) and contact
information (address, e-mail address, mobile phone number) on the website www.bisse.com (website address will be written here) prior to accepting
this “Agreement”. The “Agreement” has been prepared to determine the terms and conditions of membership and the use of the www.bisse.com
website by the “Member”, and to define the terms of use by the “Member”. By becoming a member of the “Site”, the “Member” acknowledges,
declares, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and approved all the provisions of this “Agreement”.
2. Definitions
“Bisse”: Mooe Textile Industry Trade Limited Company
“Site”: The website www.bisse.com
“Member”: A natural or legal person who, by accepting this agreement and fulfilling the terms specified in this “Agreement” and on the “Site,” is
granted the authority to perform transactions on the “Site” by having a password and username assigned to them.
“Agreement”: Membership and Privacy Agreement relating to the www.bisse.com website
3. Membership and Service Usage Terms
3.1. Membership is completed by the natural or legal person wishing to become a “Member” filling out the membership form required for membership
on the “Site,” providing their identity information, confirming the accuracy of their identity information, completing the registration process, and “Bisse”
approving the registration process. You cannot have the rights and authority to be a "Member" as defined in this "Agreement" before completing the membership process.
3.2. "To become a "Member" of the Site, one must be of legal age, and for legal entity members, be authorized to represent and bind the legal entity, and
not have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned from membership by "Bisse" under this "Agreement". Applications made by minors or, in
the case of legal entity members, by persons not authorized to represent and bind the legal entity, or applications made by persons who have been temporarily
suspended, suspended, or permanently banned from membership by "Bisse" under this "Agreement" as mentioned above, will prevent the exercise of membership rights,
even if the "Site" registration process is completed.
3.3. "Bisse" may unilaterally terminate this "Agreement" and end the "Member's" membership at any time without giving any reason, without any notice, and
without any obligation to pay compensation, and with immediate effect, or may terminate or temporarily suspend the "Member's" membership without terminating
the "Agreement". The provisions specified in this clause..." Termination, cancellation of membership, and suspension of membership decisions will be made solely at
Bisse's discretion, based on breaches of this "Agreement," violations of the rules specified on the "Site," Bisse's determination that the "Member's" actions or the resulting
situation pose a risk according to the "Bisse" information security system, or Bisse's commercial decisions or assessment that the situation poses a legal risk.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties:
4.1 The "Member" acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that all personal and other information provided while registering on the www.bisse.com website is accurate
under the law, and that they will immediately and fully compensate Bisse for all damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information. The "Member" irrevocably
accepts that in case of providing false information, Bisse may unilaterally terminate the "Agreement" without any notice or warning.
4.2 The "Member" acknowledges that Bisse may terminate the agreement unilaterally without any notice or warning. The "Member" may not give the password provided
to them to any other person or organization; the "Member" has the sole right to use the password. The email address provided during registration is unique to the "Member"
and allows for only one membership. "Members" are responsible for all damages suffered or that may be suffered by other "Members," "Bisse," and/or third parties due to their
negligence and faults in matters such as the security, safekeeping, keeping away from the knowledge of third parties, and their own use of their "username" and "password." Therefore,
"Bisse" reserves the right to claim compensation and other demands against all claims and demands that may be brought against "Bisse" by third parties or authorized authorities
due to such unauthorized use.
4.3 While using the www.bisse.com website, performing membership transactions, benefiting from the "Site" services, and performing any transaction related to the services on the
"Site," the "Member" agrees to all the terms and rules contained in this "Agreement."
