Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from our company,

the shipping company will deliver your order within 1-3 days.

Delivery times for custom-made products vary depending on manufacturing time. Delivery information and times for such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of any unforeseen circumstances on our part, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership

 information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays and public holidays.

You will be notified of your purchased products via a confirmation email. If any of the products you selected are out of stock, you will be sent an email regarding

 the matter, and you will be informed of the date when the product will first be back in stock.

bisse.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. Although rare, it is possible for a consumer to purchase the same product,

 and the product may run out of stock; in this case:

If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered

to the customer within this period, the payment made will be refunded.

For orders containing multiple products, depending on differences in the supply process, the products may be sent to your address in separate shipments on

different dates.
