ARTICLE 1.2 - BUYER

ARTICLE 2 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO SALE
Basic features are located in the basic areas on bisse.com. You can make them compliant with the basic principles.
These are the prices from the advertisements listed and sold on the site. Advertised products and their suitability are valid until they are made and changed.
For products advertised for a limited time, they are valid for the specified period. The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of items, payment amount,
and information in the order details are as follows:
The shipping cost for the product will be paid by the BUYER and will not be refunded.
ARTICLE 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1) The BUYER acknowledges that *bisse.com has a preliminary plan regarding basic, economical prices and payment, and that the electronic plan is not
planned to be confirmed. By electronically confirming this Preliminary Information, the BUYER confirms that the basic features of the purchased products,
the price including taxes, payment and transfer are correct and accurate, and that the contracts are approved before the agreement is concluded.
3.2) The subject of the contract is the product design that will continue with the BUYER within the legal 30-day period regarding the product MACHINE.
3.3) Due to any potential problems with delivery by the shipping company, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the BUYER cannot be reached.
3.4) The SELLER is responsible for ensuring the product is suitable, meets the specifications of the order, and includes a warranty certificate, if applicable,
for delivery.
3.5) The SELLER may supply a different product of good quality, provided that the BUYER is informed before the expiration of any period arising from the
contract and the purchase confirmation is received.
3.6) If the purchased product is delivered as purchased, it will be delivered as purchased, and if it is delivered within 10 days, it will be delivered as purchased.
3.7) This is designed to design the Preliminary Information Form. If a payment fee is not paid or the bank record is cancelled, the SELLER is considered to
be relieved of the obligation to receive the product.
3.8) If, after delivery to the BUYER, the BUYER's assessment of the goods is due to unauthorized or unlawful use by unauthorized persons or bank financing,

3.9) If the SELLER is unable to deliver the goods within the specified timeframe due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather
conditions or disruptions to transportation, the SELLER is obligated to inform the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the following
rights: cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with an equivalent if available, and/or postponement of the delivery until the hindering situation is
resolved. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded in cash within 10 days. In the case of payments made by credit card, the product amount
will be returned to the relevant bank within 7 days after the order is canceled by the BUYER. Since the reflection of this amount in the BUYER's account after the return
to the bank is entirely related to the bank's processing time, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that the SELLER cannot intervene in any way for possible delays and
that it may take an average of 2 to 3 weeks for the amount returned to the credit card by the SELLER to be reflected in the BUYER's account by the bank.
ARTICLE 4 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
BUYER; In distance contracts relating to the sale of goods, the buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from
the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/entity at the address indicated, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any
reason. In distance contracts relating to the provision of services, this period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts
where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of
withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER in writing within 14 days by registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must
